Conditions of Sale

• Acceptance of orders: All orders subject to acceptance by Real Flower Jewelry Inc.
• Pricing: "Ex works" Hilo, Hawaii, USA, in US dollars. Prices may be subject to change without notice and ruling at date of dispatch.
• Shipment/ownership: At customer cost, by US Postal Service, (Priority Mail within USA and by First Class Parcel Post for overseas deliveries), unless other shipment method is requested. It is expressly agreed that ownership passes to the buyer upon delivery to, or collection by the shipper. Shipment fees will include modest handling charges. Minimum shipping and handling fees $8.00.
• Claims and returns: All sales are final. Returns or cancellations (other than for repairs) will only be accepted at our option, based upon the merits of each individual occurrence, at not less than 10% re-stocking fee. Approved returns to be made within seven days of customer's original receipt of merchandise, shipped pre-paid in the original packaging, with individual products secured within each box in good re saleable condition as originally shipped. This securing must be in the same manner as originally shipped by Real Flower Jewelry Inc.
• Order dates: Please place orders as much in advance of delivery date requirements as practical. Except for the pressed flowers, we do not hold items in finished goods inventory for immediate shipment. Each item is handmade against each specific order. Our flower inventory and lead times vary considerably due to different cultivars flowering at different seasons; the effect of major show dates; and the vagaries of nature's supply and market demand. Therefore, please allow approximately one month from date of order to shipment date and approximately six week lead times before Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day and year end holidays.
• Payment: May be by Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. $25.00 charge on all "N.S.F" or cancelled cheques, and cancelled credit card charges, or any payments otherwise revoked. Customer responsible for all legal, court and collection costs. All payments in US currency.
• Unique: Each item is handmade using real flowers (not machine made or mass produced). While we strive to retain identity with the reproductions in this website, we sometimes have to apply artistic license to designs to best suit the materials available. Inevitably there will be variations. None will be exact replicas. No two will be identical. Each therefore is uniquely one-of-a-kind.
• Color/size selection and custom variation requests: Colors and sizes of flowers vary seasonally, and also for different design settings and will be applied by us as best appropriate to the flowers available. All the colors are natural, some have been enhanced to preserve shelf life. While we do our best to meet variation requests we do not undertake to match color, or make styles in specific colors with particular flowers. Some requests may justify special custom charges. We do undertake that all items will be beautiful pieces of artwork, each unique to themselves.
• Settings: Gold plated except where stated i.e. combs and barrettes.
• Quality Guarantee: The flowers in our ranges are subject to a lifetime guarantee, the simple conditions for which are clearly set out in a document placed under the base-pad of each item's box. See the FAQ's section of the Menu (item # 6).
• Luxury boxes and sizes: Due to size variations in different flowers, some boxes will have higher lids than others. It is important to avoid placing a lower lid upon a design with a high flower, otherwise the flowers will be crushed. All items are shipped packaged in our luxury boxes only.
• Magnet and hair-clip settings: Proper use of the magnet and hairclip-brooch is imperative to product success. See special instructions prominent in each box and in our Menu under Magnet-brooches and Alligator Clip brooches.
